What is Coffee House Night-Open Mic Style? Picture a laid back atmosphere - a place where friends get together and enjoy desserts, beverages and the amazing talent of our friends.  

Everyone is welcome to participate and be a part of the Audience and/or be one of the Performers or Behind the Scenes - every talent, members, non-members, friends, and family. Everyone will be included!  Dancers, actors, musicians, storytellers, group acts - we invite you to participate!

If you would like to be part of the behind-the-scenes action, we need the following volunteers for Open Mic Night.

 

 

We appreciate your assistance! Please indicate by checking off the box(es) below in-all the area(s) in which you are willing to help!

...is Saturday, October 21, 2017 @ 5:30 pm.  Last minute details pulled together for the event; help such as setting candles out on tables, etc.

... is Saturday, October 21st @ 5:30 pm.  Greet people as they come in to SIGN IN for performances. Encourage people to include their email address when signing in on the Performance Lists.

...we love our treats!  Bring any type of treats that evening for our Bake Sale. Items need to arrive by 6:45 pm.  Please bring your treat on a plate ready for presentation.  Describe/name your Treat and indicate whether it is GLUTEN FREE or has NUTS (and what kind of nuts).

... we need assistance in setting up the Treats and Beverages on the Bake Sale Table on Saturday, October 21st, 2017 @ 5:00 pm before the doors open and during our event.  This would entail preparing coffee and carafes, setting out cream and sugar, etc. and serving beverages and sweets at the table during the show.

...Help clean up at the end of the evening.  Many hands make light work! Start at the close of the performance.
