But with hummus, it can't all stay warm and fuzzy for long. In Israel, everyone has their favorite hummus shop they're willing to defend. And not to mention the pride of those who make it themselves...

Wait, does that sound like you? Are you willing to put your hummus toe-to-toe against your rivals'? Have you been looking for an excuse to try your hand at making hummus yourself? Are you always looking for tips from other hummus aficionados?

Bring your own homemade hummus to compete! Bring your taste buds to vote! Looking to test out a new recipe, or perhaps an old favorite? Now is your chance!

5:30 Family Service: don't forget to bring something for the oneg!

6:30 Hummus Competition (and Dinner): everyone of all ages is invited. We will share a dinner of falafel, pita, and Israeli salad to go with our homemade hummus entries. Please register for dinner below.

7:30 Regular Service: oneg will follow; bring fruit, veggies and dip, desserts, and anything else your heart desires!
