The movie can be streamed for free with ads at Tubi (https://tubitv.com/search/cupcakes).  It can be watched without ads for a fee on multiple services including Amazon, Apple TV, Google Play, and Vudu.  Additionally, several North Suburban libraries have it on DVD so all of the libraries in our area can get the DVD via interlibrary loan.

About the film:

In Tel Aviv, six friends who are appalled by the Israeli entry in the UniverSong competition record their own son on a mobile phone, then are shocked to learn their recording is selected as Israel's entry for next year's competition.
