Getting Started at RaiseRight.com

RaiseRight is the online ordering system that our organization uses to allow our members to refill their gift cards, instantly order gift cards and place orders electronically.  Using your free RaiseRight account, you will be able to order scrip any time you have internet access. 

How to Register

To place your scrip orders, you need to first create a RaiseRight account.  Go to the registration page (click here).  Simply fill in the required fields on the form and accept the terms and conditions of the site.  You will need your name, email and a phone number for two step verification.

Payment Options

The fastest way to receive your gift cards is to pay for gift cards directly using a bank account, debit card or credit card.  If you do not need items immediately, you can also bring a check or cash to the Shir Hadash office. 

1. Bank account  (most popular option)

• From your account page, choose Settings>Payment Options>Add Bank Account.
• Follow the steps to automatically link your bank account.
• There is a .29 fee on each transaction - regardless of if you buy one card or 1000 cards, one .29 fee.

2. Debit or Credit Cards

• Visa, Mastercard & Discover are accepted
• There is an option to add your card at checkout and save it for future purchases
• There is a 1% fee for debit cards and a 3% fee for credit cards. 

3. Cash or Check

• There may be a delay if you choose this option.
• You can pay by check or cash at the Shir Hadash office - checks made to Shir Hadash.
• Your electronic gift cards and refills will not be released until payment is received.  
• You can pick up physical cards and pay for them at the same time. 

Getting your cards

Electronic cards and refills will be available (generally) within 10 minutes of paying for your order.  Sign into your account, go to "Wallet" and you will see you cards.  Physical cards will be ordered monthly (more often if we have demand) and will be available for pick up at the synagogue office. 

There is also an option for some brands (approx 250) to have cards shipped directly to your home.  Under "card type" you can select to see just those brands.
