PLEASE NOTE:  Some people have experienced problems registering. There seems to be a glitch on the server end. Please register on a computer or a tablet, not a phone. If you are a member, please log into your account.  If your are a non-member or doing a 'public' registration, and your registration doesn't go through, try a different browser. If that still doesn't work, call the Administrative office at 847-498-8218 and Karen will take your registration over the phone.

Thank you for providing us the necessary information to have a successful Social Action-Tom Tikkun Olam Day!

How many people will be participating? Answer below:
If you are registering non-Shir Hadash members, what are their names, email addresses, and phone numbers?

Is there a health issue being around any types of food or another substance? If so, please specify and we will try to avoid having it be present that day. We also will be in touch with you to make sure you can participate while being comfortable and safe.

The materials used for this event will be peanut free and tree nut free.

I/we plan to attend (indicate how many people for each part of the schedule):
9:15am-10:00am, at Shir Hadash:
Experts speaking about ways to support people with cancer (Lemons of Love) and about issues that veterans face and how we can help them (Growing Healthy Veterans)
10:15am-12:30pm, at Shir Hadash:
Choice of 15 activities. Do as many as you want! There is no need to select them in advance.
1:00pm, at Orphans of the Storm animal shelter, 2200 Riverwoods Rd, Deerfield:
Give shelter cats much-needed attention and see the shelter dogs, and also hand-deliver the treats and toys we make in the morning.
